Dorothy Hager, President

Dorothy is a civil/structural engineer with over a decade of experience in quality assurance on federal government contracts, including the US Army Chemical Weapons Disposal Program. Her expertise in process improvement and attention to detail make her ideally suited to oversee all operations at Image360-RVA.

Scotty Hager, Vice President

Prior to coming to Image360-RVA, Scotty started the State & Local Homeland Security and Emergency Management Business Unit for General Physics Corporation and served as its director for three years. Scotty has served as a leader of daily operations for DSH Signs, LLC (now doing business as Image360 - RVA) since 2005, when he and Dorothy bought the Signs By Tomorrow - Richmond franchise. He provides clients with a vision of what is possible and confidence in knowing that the job will get done.

Erin Embrey, Operations Manager

As the orchestrator of the Image360-RVA design, production, and installation teams, Erin brings excellence in planning and execution to the game every day. If you need something done, she makes it happen!

Kelly All, Sales Manager

Kelly has worked in the printing, large-format graphics, and promotional products industries since 1992 and has served as a project manager for Image360-RVA clients since 2009. Kelly provides leadership to our sales and project management team and sets the standard in excellent client service.
